John “The Realtor” Schepps:

Although I’m not a native Texan, I got to Texas as quick as I could from Long Island New York! Upon graduating from the State University of New York in Delhi, I moved to the Grapevine area and have lived here since 1980.

I began my journey into the Real Estate industry in 2000. I have held Leadership positions such as Team Leader launching a new Keller Williams office from 0 to 70 agents in just 2 years!I continue to win production awards on a regular basis and considered a top producer among the Real Estate community.

Most importantly, I specialize in getting to know my clients personally and taking the time to work on their timetables to exceed their Real Estate expectations.

I have built my business on Honesty, Trust, Integrity and Enthusiasm and because of this; my clients continue refer me to their friends, family and loved ones.

The only place to go for selling and buying your home.  John is a master at pricing your home!  A master!  Go nowhere else but here.  Bryann is a fantastic negotiator she is tough but so calm.  She truly found our new home for us and it was a pleasure working with her and the all the crazy of buying our home.  Sonja is the backbone of all the administrivia...so kind to work with as well. I had the pleasure of working with the Schepps Team to sale a home located in the Fort Worth Area. The house was previously listed by another agency with a different realtor and did not sale. John came in and accomplished what the other agency wasn't able to do in half the time.  It was a pleasure to meet and conduct business with a consummate professional.  I plan to use John and his team when the I began the search for a new home.    6 Stars

We had to move out of state and were lucky enough to find Bobby. He helped us find the right townhouse to rent temporarily until we were ready to buy. Through the next 2 years, Bobby kept in touch with us and when we were ready to commit to our first home, he made the process so enjoyable and knew exactly what we wanted. Our home is perfect, in the right location for future value potential, and the exact school district we want for our family. He has become our friend and we would recommend him to anyone! Thanks for everything, Bobby!!

John and Sonia and the whole Schepps team are just a pleasure to deal with. Priced my house perfectly and got multiple offers above asking. House went under contract in less then a week. Whole process was virtually painless. They're great at what they do. Super attentive and detailed. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

We could not have been more pleased with the purchasing and selling of our homes.  Bryann did a fantastic job guiding us through the purchase of our new home and John made sure we achieved our goals in selling our house.  Throughout all phases Sonya kept us on track and informed through closing.   The Schepps team’s high level of professionalism and excellent communication far exceeded our expectations.
