Penny Brackett was awesome! If you are looking for a realtor who will listen to your needs and find the house that you want, then Penny is who you want. Everything is very easy with her through the entire process. 5 star rating for a 5 star agent!

The absolute most unethical company. I would recommend people to reconsider purchasing a home with any agents that work under the Bowman name. There are many other realtor companies out there you can use that have much better customer service and agents working for them. After attempting to purchase a home from one of their agents that was also the seller, we cancelled the contract, and I will never purchase a home from anyone that is associated with the name Mike Bowman . The agent I worked with was unethical and expected us to buy the home with major electrical issues. They did major work without permits on the renovation and and refused to fix safety issues (electrical) with the home. These were electrical updates that they paid people to do and didn't hire a licensed electrician and they did many things incorrectly. You do not mess around with electrical. We cancelled the contract of course. When we brought up the electrical issues and permit issues they tried to get us to sign a liability form to release them of any liability issues in the event something happened with the home. This was a huge red flag especially for them to try to get my realtor to have us sign such a document. Please please reconsider, the company doesn't care about your safety in a home and have some shady things going on.

Very Attentive and professional.  Crystal and Nancy at the front were so friendly and attentive. They really made me feel right at home. There's never any wait time and they always have a quick answer for any of my inquiries.  Thank you Mike Bowman team!
