Story

We make real food from scratch. We believe that great food and healthful ingredients are not mutually exclusive of each other. We buy organic produce from local farmers and seafood from the commercial fishing harbor right outside our restaurant. We feature all natural products - steering clear of preservatives and antibiotics. Whole grains and whole foods are used in the preparation of our menu - which our chefs write twice daily, based on what's fresh, available and delicious. Fresh. Local. Organic. Taste the difference.

Location: Excellent with great view it is right on the harbor so you can look at the water and the boat.
Service: Great. Felt like a family operated business. Server was caring and attentive. 
Athmosphare: Casual. People seemed to be enjoying the meal and the bar. Mostly older people. 
Food: outstanding. I loved the brunch. It was well prepared and fresh ingredient. The menu also suggests where the food is from.

We love The Shark. Always a great experience. Excellent clean food. Excellent service. There is a nice view of the harbor. They have lunch specials as well. We can't wait to go back.

Our bartender, Ray, was awesome! He was friendly and a vast amount of information about the surrounding area even for our off-season visit. Visited on a snowy day and started with lamb stew, which was to die for. Ray suggested the crab cakes and the steamed shrimp. Of course, we took his menu suggestions. Crab cakes were around 5oz with 90:10 ratio of lump meat to filling. Perfectly paired with the steamed shrimp for happy hour, our meals were like heaven on a plate. Would highly recommend if visiting the area for a classic seafood meal in Maryland. 

P.s. the sauce from the shrimp could be sold separately, it was so tasty!

Lamb stew was very good but needed more lamb. Crab and Shrimp dip plus lightly oven fried  Blow Toads. Real good Bread with Irish butter and Pimento Cheese.  Very unique menu fresh sources.

Lamb stew fabulous. Locally sourced food that is big on fresh catch.   Blow Toads small plate that was six pieces of the fish and oven fried. Shrimp and Lobster dip in a bread bowl superb. Would heavily recommend.
