I bought a Groupon for a massage and I ended up leaving about 5 or 6 voicemails in attempts to schedule an appointment. I received one phone call saying I could have an appointment a week after the Groupon expired. So I called again. I had to leave another message and I explained that I can take the appt if they will still offer the full value of the Groupon otherwise I'd like an appointment before the expiration date - which was a month away. No response. I had to contact Groupon to have my money refunded. Terrible customer relations. Definitely not worth the time and hassle.

I don't know who gave these people stars but it must have been themselves. These people are very unprofessional. I heard about them through groupon and decided to give it a try since I had a stressful month and my back was tightening up. Tried calling them several days in a row, left voicemails, and the one time they got back to me I missed the call. After I finally got a hold of them again, I tried making an appointment and the lady seemed very unorganized and repeated everything I was saying to someone else. I explained to her that my back was very tense and I had been trying to call all week. She started yelling at me over the phone and as I started to respond she hung up on me. I strongly do NOT recommend. Extremely unprofessional, and clearly no secretary there to take calls or make appointments.

Always timely, professional, and courteous. We've been to a half dozen massage places in the bay area, but this was the only one we came back to.
