We are thrilled with our patio set!  It's 20 years old and now it looks brand new!  I found the website and was pleasantly surprised to talk with a real person who took time to listen to me and explain everything I needed to know.  After you look online to choose colors I recommend asking for a few swatches just to make sure.  We found the actual colors to be quite different from the pictures.  Pick up and delivery was convenient and quick.  We are anxious to enjoy our "new" furniture as soon as the weather warms up!!  We highly recommend The Southern Company!!

This company only take large jobs.
they only except small jobs when business is slow work is work when your in business.  One customer with a small job May recommend them for 20 or more larger jobs bad business practice.

The only problem with our furniture was the fabric seems on the surface that the company was good, process took way longer than they told us when the furniture was returned they had disassembled the chairs to install the fabric they broke off inserts that held the bolts which then the bolts fell on the patio the first time we use them. My wife called to see what could be done basically she was blown off told it wasn't their problem because it was the frame and the furniture was only there for the fabric to be redone. I would have at least expected a phone call when it happened and given the opportunity to have it repaired knowing there would be a cost attached now I have furniture that is broken and we'll have to try to do the repairs myself the only thing I can say is do a very close inspection upon return or pickup of the finished product and don't expect any customer service after the sale apparently that's not their business

Was there today (8/16) and was immediately taken to the work area by a gentleman who even offered a cup of coffee! A thin young man took my chair) recently redone) and fixed one strap that came loose and then  noticed another he " did not like" and fixed that one too! A black guy ( with big muscles) came over and helped the first guy and they both were very pleasant and anxious to be sure the chair was right. They spotted a rubber foot put in the wrong hole and fixed that also--- the service was absolutely the best I ever received. Fine young men CARING about doing s good job!

I had my old Brown Jordan furniture restored with The Southern Company and I was so thrilled with the work they did.  My furniture looked brand new.  They were a pleasure to work with.
