Great place..my husband was looking for a new recliner. He was looking around. I noticed a leather recliner that was 3,000 on sale for 499.00. Very comfortable..it seemed to work ok. Except that after a few times something seemed off. They just said it needs oil. Well I could not let this deal go. We bought it. Got it home turned it over and found out it was missing a pin. Went to Lowe's and for a 29 cent fix. I got a 3,000 chair for 499.00!  This also goes to show that their repair people don't know what they are doing. This was obviously repaired. The person who worked on it had no clue.. it was a 2min fix!!

$3900 on furniture and I am very disappointed. Misleading and customer service is lacking empathy. Left messages for Corporate Office please call me.

Immediately after I posted this review Corporate must have contacted the store to satisfy my concern. The store called and reversed their decision. In fairness to the company they did the right thing. They fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Nevertheless, it shouldn't take Corporate to fix a local issue, a little empathy at the store level builds lasting relationship in the community.  Thank you Corporate. I will continue to buy your product.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly, great selection. Didn’t feel the intense pressure you get at some places. Bought a great reclining couch! They will even move our old one outside.

This experience was amazing from top to bottom!  I’m so excited to relax in my state of the art motorized recliner and enjoy more moments at home!
