Today I called the willow grove store and spoke to Tash who was so helpful. Even though we couldn’t find the information using the confirmation number she took the extra steps to look through the delivery and check that my daughter’s chair (Christmas present !) was delivered to their store! She was very polite when she was having a difficult time hearing me. She never lost her cool and waited patiently for me to get to a spot where she could hear me ! Thanks again! I can’t wait to see my daughters face when she opens her Yugibo XL Max (in light grey!) 😀

I purchased a small yogibo bean bag chair for my special needs son yesterday. I had my son with me in the store and the sales associate was very kind to him. I had my infant daughter with me also. The sales associate closed the store temporarily so he could carry the chair to my car, even though I had parked far away. He loaded the chair into the car and made sure everything fit in the trunk. 

The chair itself seemed overpriced but worth it. It has a higher amount of beads than other bean bag chairs that are cheaper. The extra beads "hug" my son and support his body when he is having a meltdown. He had an episode a few hours after buying the chair. We carried him to the chair and the pressure of the chair really helped him calm down. I am very glad this store was recommended by his therapist and the bean bag chair is a great purchase if you have sensory issues.
