This spa is great. Staff is friendly and service is great. I had there haircut, manicure, massages, facials, and makeup done. All experiences were very positive. 
Bonus: you don't need to be a member of the Pro club in order to get the treatment.

The few times I have visited this salon,  I came out with uneven haircuts.  If you mention the poor quality or lack of skilled stylists you are told to visit another salon.  The leadership here needs to learn and   teach their staff professionalism.

Hope is the BEST. I got my eyebrows/upper lip waxed and barely felt a thing which I have never experienced.  Highly recommend!

Ok the front desk in the spa is super nice... usually it's good expect this time something happened. My dad asked for a disconnected undercut with a fade that wouldn't show the scalp a lot. The lady did fade ran like a 1 on the side and didn't cut the hair on the back. It looks like a next level emo fohawk demon spawn, 4real tho why you gotta do him dirty like that.
