The Springs new menu features American food influenced by the bounty of the Saratoga region and a passion for simple and delicious food. Follow these mouthwatering starters with succulent aged sirloin steak with a red wine reduction and garlic butter. The menu boasts numerous exceptional dishes focusing steak, chicken, and fish. The Springs also has outstanding brunch service that features custom omelets, breakfast burritos, and bagels.

With over 50 years combined experience the chefs offer quality and affordable dishes in generous portions.
