I hired Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group to sell my house recently. My Real Estate Agent was Sharon Salisbury and my Closing Agent was Paula Ballard. Sharon was so awesome throughout the ENTIRE process, from start to finish. She got my house sold within 2 days. When issues occurred she made sure to call or text me to inform me all that was occurring. She was very thorough in explaining what was to be expected in each stage of the selling process. I recommend Stephen Cooley and definitely Sharon Salisbury for anyone that is looking to sell property.

Tyler DiPretoro, is absolutely one of the BEST agents I have EVER worked with.  He is so professional, kind and genuinely had my best interest throughout our home buying process.  Tyler communicated with me continually, and I never felt lost in this process.

I’d recommend Tyler to ANYONE looking to sell or buy a home. He provided the human touch to the process and I did not feel like I was working with a robot. He was super considerate of my time and understood that with a very demanding job that time was of the essence to get things completed.  This was an awesome buying process thanks to Tyler and due to that fact, I stand behind Stephen Cooley Real Estate Group 1 million percent!

After retiring in 2015 and living in Virginia, we were searching for a house in South Carolina. We first met Lance Brown when we called his agency to look at a property.  That began a relationship where Lance took over our search and patiently helped us find the right place.  He was diligent in determining what was important to us.  Lance researched properties, communicated via email and tirelessly worked with us to select houses meeting our specifications.  Lance’s patience and diligence continued throughout the buying and closing process.  We would use Lance again and can recommend him to anyone who needs help with real estate, buying or selling.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephen Cooley Real Estate.  Our realtor, Crystal Clemence was just awesome.  She took the time to learn our styles and new exactly what we were looking for right from day one.  As her blog states, Crystal makes buying a home crystal clear.  From start to closing, Crystal was their for us.  She provided all the contacts we needed as first time home owners and the process was seamless and quick. I would highly suggest to anyone looking to buy a home to reach out to Crystal.  I promise you wont be disappointed. We started the process of buying our first home in July 2017. Melissa Starnes was our realtor. She was awesome. I can't tell you how many houses she showed us. She was available to answer our questions or address our concerns, sometimes at 9 or 10 pm. When we had issues with our lender, she was right there with us fighting to get things fixed. There were a few times that we were ready to quit, and she kept pushing for us. Because of her dedication we finally closed on our house Dec. 22, 2017 just in time for Christmas.
