I've never given a review before for anything but just have to based upon the service I got from the guys at Sundance Spa Oakville.   I got a tub around 8 months ago and have always been pleased with the service in the store, but what completely blew me away was when I called about my water level seemingly going down quickly.  That call was around noon.  By 2:00pm the same day I got a call saying the tech would be here in 5 minutes or so.  He arrived and got to work immediately.   I came out a little later and he had it apart.  He detected the problem (a pump), replaced the pump and then replaced the UV bulb for a 'better one'.  AMAZING - all within 4 hours of my initial call!.  Tub is back to it's old self and we're enjoying it as much as ever.  Can't say enough about the service - DELIGHTED!

I moved into a home that had a hot tub and although it is not a Sundance Spa, the people at the Oakville store have been more then helpful in advising me how to maintain and enjoy the tub. Any hot tub I get in the future will definitely be from this store.
Just wanted to add that I now have a Sundance Hot Tub. The one we got with the house was leaking a lot and we decided to replace it. We went with Sundance because their staff were always so helpful even though the tub we inherited was not a Sundance. We are so glad we did because again everyone was so helpful. Chris was our salesperson and Bill and his service crew, Mark, Ryan and Andy all did an excellent job, were all conscientious and more then patient with our questions. Even the other sales people, Brian in particular,  were very helpful when we had questions.  We are very impressed by the quality of the entire staff.

We have the "Constance" hot tub from the Select Series.   The team was very thorough and patient when explaining how everything works and how to get water chemistry right.  Installation in our backyard was tricky but the crew moved around all the obstacles and placed it without a hitch.  After-sale service has been very good so far (free water testing and more information about water balance) and a few things have been taken care of under warranty.  
Overall, we are happy with the purchase and the service.

Rob was super helpful and very friendly in helping me find me a filter for my hot tub! He was very knowledgeable with all the other questions I had for him! I will definitely be going back to this location!

Just had my first Sundance hot tub installed today and I am beyond thrilled. This was my second hot tub but the service went far beyond my expectations based on my previous one. From  the showroom to installation was It was unbelievably easy and professional!  Robert was an amazing salesman with no pressure and completely knowledgeable on all aspects.  He was such a pleasure to deal with. 
Mike and his team were fabulous with their installation and even survived battling with a bees nest in my old tub!  They went far beyond what was expected of them and I very much appreciated all their hard work.
In all- I could not recommend them any higher!  Thanks guys!
