What a lovely store. There were so many unusual and beautiful items. I actually went there to pick up an order and ended up finding some treasures for my home. The staff is very friendly and fun as well as helpful. I will become a regular. Thanks for a great shopping experience!

Great service! The pillow we wanted was not available in the store, but they had an expected shipment date with three pillows. They put one aside for us and called when it arrived. They even let us use our expired discount because when we initially came into the store it was valid.

I received the best customer service experience at this store! I primarily dealt with Cheri Anne who was very knowledgeable and extremely informative during my shopping experience. The sofa and side tables were excellent quality - that mixed with the fantastic team makes Urban Barn Oakville my go to location for all decorating and furniture needs!!

Love Urban Barn and our Sales Associate Isabella was marvellous! Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful. Will shop there again.

Very helpful staff. Good quality pieces. The pickup at the warehouse was disorganized and the staff there were pretty rough and not friendly. Disappointing considering how polished the rest of the organization/retail stores come across. Management or corporate, if you are reading this then please take this as constructive criticism to improve the customer experience at the warehouse.
