Story

We are The Union - An eatery, taphouse and coffee bar that is proud to call Carson City home. Founded by Mark Estee, renowned restaurateur and pioneer of the farm-to-table movement in northern Nevada, and Mark Trujillo, acclaimed coffee roaster and owner of Hub Coffee Roasters. The Union brings two of the region's most celebrated talents together.

Revised review. Went for lunch Friday, May 11. Lauren, our server was amazing !!!! Yay, finally. She was attentive, knew the menu and very nice. Food as always was very good. When we come here now I'm always going to ask to be sat in Lauren's area. Good food, cocktails and fun place. BUT, not enough staff or just poorly managed, not sure. Be prepared to be here a long time because there is no rush to get you seated or served. This place could be amazing!

This place is amazing! The food is high-quality at decent prices. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Plus they have something different on the menu every time I go there. I look forward to our next visit!

Server was very nice and apologetic that our meal took so long to arrive. Fries are not the best and portioned on the small side. Burgers are amazing and pizzas a good size. The trendy style isn't quite matched by the food. Trying hard to be something that it isn't. On the pricey side for what is served.

Always a great spot for good food and tasty cocktail! My fiancee and I , both love The Union! Next we are planning breakfasts! I have heard from many folks it's a good spot for morning bite and coffee !

Artsy-fartsy menu. Have to ask for a spoon for your coffee. Food good, up in price for other burgers of similar quality elsewhere.
