This place deserves no stars. Do not go hear. Staff is rude and unprofessional when you get ahold of them. I called prior to the day of my appointment to confirm and get directions. There was no answer. I googled the place and used the directions from that. It took me to KU's center for infertility. I spoke with the people there who sent me to an office that didn't exist. I tried calling the office and didn't get anyone to answer for 30 minutes. Needless to say I missed my appointment. When someone finally answered she said there was no need to go because they weren't going to take me now. I asked her where the address was and she gave me the same address of the location of the office that didn't exist.  They have a policy that if you miss your appointment they charge you. I told her that I wanted to make sure that I didn't get charged after spending an hour driving around trying to find the place.  She then transferred me and AGAIN the phone rang and NO ONE answered. I left a voicemail and have yet to hear anything back. I have been calling for the past 3 hours with no success of reaching anyone. These people do not value their customers and do not want your business. Go somewhere else where they are at least willing to speak to you.
