I have had my children enrolled since June 2016. It is now Feb 2017 and after many phone calls, promises, etc. by Sunflower, my children have yet to receive their medical cards in the mail. I was even told I was not allowed any information to their accounts because somehow, someone screwed up and made the responsible party on their accounts the hospital in my home town... 3 hours away from where we live. I cannot update any information, I cannot receive their medical cards, and I cannot cancel their coverage to get it somewhere else. Get your act together, Sunflower. This is almost a year's worth of ridiculousness.
