The staff is super friendly and helpful. I'm not from the area but visited the store and spent over 500 bucks I made a simple mistake and wanted to swap some items out. I figured I couldn't get a refund but definitely thought I could exchange. The owner was super rude and nasty. If I could get all money back I would have! If I couldn't exchange the items he was totally rude about it. I will never shop there again!

I placed an order for a letters shirt 4 weeks ago. At the time I was told the order would take 1.5 weeks to complete. 2 weeks after I placed the order, I had not received a call saying it was ready, so I went in to the shop and spoke with the Manager. I was told that the seamstress was not in, and that if I left my name and number, the manager would call me later that day with information on my order. I did what he asked, and he never called. Twice after that day I called the store with no answer. The day after my second unanswered call, I went into the store AGAIN and spoke with the manager. He told me the same thing as before, and I showed him my name and number slip that I had left last time which was still on the counter. Again, he never called me back. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with, and I will be ver take my business here again. I strongly encourage for anyone reading this to go to other vendors when placing orders for custom apparel.

Their made to order stuff takes a bit long sometimes and can be a pain to deal with. Other than that the store is generally goodm

Offers Greek girts for many fraternity and soroity members, but are legally no longer allowed to sell items for my sorority. :-(
