I ordered a print job online and it was ready for pickup really quickly. It was fast enough service, but the manager was training someone and was very rude to me in front of someone new. Just rubbed me the wrong way.

I visit this store on 11/11/2017 at 1:00 pm, employee was so rude and unprofessional, the moment I entered the store she said we don’t do ...... on weekends (didn’t understand what they don’t do on weekends) JUST WAIT WOMAN, let me start or at least ask me what I want, maybe I’m not here for the thing you don’t do on weekends. I understand some people hate working on weekends but if you’re one of them so DO NOT take a job which requires weekend schedule or at least try to act polite. Hopefully this store is not the only UPS store in country and in future if I need to mail something I know which store I shouldn’t go.

Not sure about all the negative remarks here but I've been dealing with this UPS location for years and they have always been quick and helpful.

Everything about my experience with this store was terrible. Their website clearly and explicitly states that fingerprinting is available from 9 AM to 4 PM Monday - Friday and that appointments are not necessary (screenshot attached), so I traveled about an hour (this is the location closest to me that does state-wide fingerprinting) to arrive at a little after 2 PM. Upon arrival, I was told that fingerprinting stops at 2 PM each day. I emailed the store and suggested they update their website, and was met with a rude response indicating that I should have made an appointment--which, again, the site explicitly states is not necessary. If I were in a situation where time or money were a commodity, this situation could have really hurt my chances for employment. Moral of the story: don't use this store for your fingerprinting needs if you can help it. If you must, make sure you get there before 2 PM.
