Usually a wait but staff are friendly and take care of things.

Note they charge a $1.00 fee to tape labels or boxes. They are independently owned.

I have a mail box that you are supposed to be able to access at any time during or after hours.  Gr8 re at staff. Very personable and attentive staff.

I would give zero stars if it were an option.

A package was dropped off at 11am on December 22, next day delivery, and was guaranteed to be delivered the next day by a UPS employee. Except the package never made it to a UPS truck. Our packages sat unscanned or handled until the employees at this location waited until 6:30p on the 22nd to create a label for our package. How can you, as a UPS employee during the Christmas season fail to realize the importance of doing your job and putting a package on a UPS truck? Isn't that literally this locations ONLY JOB?? Unbelievable! Clearly full of Christmas gifts, the employees at this location failed to do their job for over 7 hours until it was too late for our package, guaranteed by UPS to arrive on time, could ship out to us. We have zero Christmas gifts after being guaranteed the package would arrive the next day.

What's worse, we were unable to contact this location to see if picking our package up directly was an option.

Complete ineptitude and inability to do their jobs. Every employee at this store failed our family and the guarantee they stood behind. I'd recommend going elsewhere if you want anything done right. Do not use this UPS store.

Never been to a UPS store that charges to tape a box, but this one does, and they aren't very polite about it either. UPS stores are a dime a dozen in Atlanta; drive another 3 minutes and find one with better service. I won't be back to this one again.

Scumbag charged me a dollar to tape a pre printed shipping label on a box when they have a whole stack of shipping pouches (that UPS provided them for free) right behind the counter
