I have never had an issue with this location. I am very fortunate to have them so close to my home.

I came in to ship a package and they wanted to charge me $1.00 to put tape on the top of the box. Really?
This was a medium sized box. There would have been no reason to charge $1.00.

They can write off supplies with IRS, so charging their customers to tape a box closed was "nickel and diming".
I've always gone to a Postal Annex in the past and never had this issue.

I picked up my package and took it to Postal Annex where they DO NOT charge for taping a box closed to ship.

I have no time for this type of "unfriendly business".
Never again!

Very unprofessional environment and terrible customer service. They call threatening us if we do not pick up our packages immediately when they arrive that they will start to refuse packages.
