Very helpful brought back a cable box and didn’t have the return label the gentleman was able to process it for me regardless. I do say to try and bring the label to me more helpful on the employees and faster for you.

Had a package delivered from my UPS Store, where I have a mailbox, to this one. Received notification of delivery, went in the next day to pick up. Informed that my package was never delivered, and could be retrieved at the local UPS Customer Center at 412 17th St. Informed by UPS Customer Center that my package was delivered where I had it addressed, which was this store. I returned the next day, today, not even two full days after delivery, to find that this store refused it and sent it back. Tracking indicated scan out of this store 2 hours after I went to pick up, and was turned away. Only informed by UPS Store Corporate that Access Point delivery is available, store to store, and that when a package is denoted as such, they are obliged to hold for pick up for 7 days. Disappointed in both this and my home location. If this designation had been on this package, I'd have no problem to report.
