I went to drop off one box today and had very bad experience with Katie who is manager of store. Very 
rude behavior with me. It seems like she doesn't like her job. There was a fragile items in box and she literally dumped it. I will never go again.

Unpleasent experience this afternoon with a particular worker who seemed as if he really didn't care about his customers. Very different from other ups stores I've been to where the workers were extremely helpful.
