I wish I could give them zero stars.  They deliberately mis-measured and mis-weighed a package on my wife to charge more.  I thought that might be a fluke and tried them recently and they wanted to charge ~25% more than the shipping rate quoted on the website.

Completely money driven. I had two small boxes to be returned for fios and the lady said that she will not tape it. Either I had to purchase tape for 3$ or she would tape it for a charge. I asked her to tape and later realised that she charged me 3$ for each box taped. This is not the way to do business!!

Don't know why this store has such a bad rating. I was there today and the store is tidy and the lady behind the desk was kind and caring. Nothing unpleasing. Well, that they charge you for everything is just UPS policy. Bad to blame the store for it.

It's an awesome place and a very friendly.. I don't care what this other ppl have to say about them, ppl working there r real good to every one, very helpful, hard working.
Every time I go there it's an outstanding service is the only thing I get,  besides  ppl write negative reviews for nonsense reason.
To me it's the best place to go. #BEST SERVICE#GOODPPL#

Probably the most undesirable place to go into. Every interaction in the store is cold, pushy, money driven, and just terrible. As of today I had enough and will not go back into that store ever again.
