Poor service and communication skills of staff. They did not notice that one of the pages was printed on both sides, so they missed sending it. Then attempted a second time, and it wasn’t clear if we needed to send the cover letter again or not. 
The guy also never verified the fax number with me. When I was speaking it out he directly punched it in and pressed send without double checking with me.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Wanted me to pay to rent computer time to print a return label when their driver failed to pick up a package repeatedly. Didn't acknowledge any fault on their part, just said they couldn't help. Will be shipping via USPS from now on

Just finished up at this store and it was a horrible experience. Talked down quite a bit by Andre, and Tyler laughed when I asked a question. I wasn't needing much done either. Needed to print a Amazon return label which I do quite often at other stores. Andre said I couldn't email it to the store, even though it was advertised on UPS store as being able to. I also had a second way to print the file, with a SD card on the printer. Did not work and when I asked Andre, he said "he doesn't know". Incompetent and not friendly. I asked Andre if I could see the manual to the printer because it clearly has a SD card on the side, and his coworker named Tyler laughed at me. Extremely rude service and I get along with most people. I usually never have to deal with bad service, and I never write reviews, but these two men are not professional and the owner and other customers need to know. I can't be the only one who had a bad experience with these employees. I hope this is resolved. In the meantime I will find another ups store.
