I have been using this UPS store for many years. The employees are always courteous and helpful. Even if they are busy with another customer they always acknowledge the person who walks in. The store is clean and organized, and there are a ton of other products and services to choose from. I am grateful to have this store nearby.

Most of the time the employees are rude and have no idea what they are doing. They always tell me that my package isn't there or they can't find it and the second I get home (20 minutes away) they call and tell me they have it. I hate missing package deliveries because I know I have to drive all the way here for them to tell me to wait 2-3 days for it to arrive there when I can clearly see it behind the counter. Hate this stupid post office

They don't know what they're doing. Every time I have something sent, I "miss it" when I'm sitting ten feet from the door in a tiny apartment. Yeah, either going to the wrong place or just not knocking. Who knows with them..
