I don't remember his name but the young Asian man who works the counter is always helpful. I may not enjoy the prices but the customer service is 5 stars all the time. Thanks for being awesome and friendly. And I will learn your name.

Very rude. I asked for an extra piece of tape to affix my shipping label, and I was told to just put my package on the counter. When I asked to have a receipt for proof of my shipment, I was told that I don't need that, and it is exactly the same as the one on my Amazon account. It doesn't matter if it's the same or not, I asked for a copy of the receipt with proof of shipment so if something happened to my package, I'd still get a refund from Amazon. Will drive out of my way to a better store next time!!

I appreciate this store so much. It's like having a post office right here in Ardenwald. They are always friendly, exceptionally helpful, and professional - way, way more so than at the downtown Milwaukie post office. Did you know you can drop USPS packages off here until 5:30?  I go here a few times a week, and have never had anything but excellent experiences. Shipping supplies are expensive at all UPS stores - try Walmart for the cheapest boxes.
