Horrible with the move out process. Have been moved out for almost 2 months and I'm still being billed for a unit that was turned in and marked as moved out in their own system. I have visited the Pineville location  on Lancaster hwy 4 times to resolve the issue, and still to no avail. The manager never seems to be around nor does she answer the phone number on the business card given to me by her employees. Will was the only person willing to help. NO ONE else was willing to help or attempt to help.
     
Horrible way to get repeat business from clients.

So so, place is nice, trucks are cleans and availability is good but customer service was not up to par. I've visited many uhauls in the past few years and customer service is not their strong suit but this was OK. Not bad, but it needs improvement.
