I have always had great service at this particular branch and never once have I been pressured into getting a credit card the way I had at other branches.

Friendly, but they are more concerned about you opening an account than addressing your needs. Made my intentions clear that I needed information on loans, but was asked 4 times to open an account and had paperwork pushed my way to do so. Look elsewhere if you have loan questions.
