Came to this store after being treated badly at the Merrick store. Miguel, the owner, also operates the business was beyond a gentleman. He was helpful, insightful and went out of his way to make my shipment right even though what happened in the previous store was not his fault. They bent over backwards to make me happy and feel good about shipping my expensive item. I would recommend going out of your way to go here for any shipping needs you may ever have.

Miguel was outstanding!  He was working alone but he was able to multi-task with 3-4 customers.  He was very professional and courteous.  I will go back to this store!

The office serves the community well. The staff is cordial and accommodating. Customer service is key therefore I rate them a 5 star

I would like to say this UPS service was so good I sent some paper to my country Honduras from New  York there were just 3 days I highly recommend it.

Miguel and Jesus were very helpful in printing some of my calligraphy 
size paper after it was written on two pages and it needed to fit on one.
Miquel also created the correct size box that was needed to send a package to Puerto Rico. His knowledge of his equipment helped me cut oversize paper to the correct size without losing any of the contents.
