Like all the other reviews say, this place is the best. I’m trying to quit smoking and was told to call them or stop by anytime to ask questions, or if I just needed someone to talk to for support to help me quit. It truly made me feel like I was part of the family, and not just a customer. I would spend my money here any time over the competitors simply due to that fact. Not only is the staff knowledgeable, but they are also caring and compassionate. I work in customer service, and I’m taking notes from these people. They are truly doing it right.

The staff here was super helpful and extremely polite. They explained to me in great detail how to best care for my gear and even showed me how to replace my cartridge.  The mod I have requires a special kind of cartridge that they do not supply.  However, the gentleman called all around town to find a Vape store that carries it.  I wish they did carry the cartridge that I need because I would definitely come back in the future due to their outstanding customer service!!!

Been a loyal customer now for 4 years, always a great experience visiting the store. Friendly, great employees,that love my dog, Coco. Gives her treats when we go in. My juice, Taco Sauce, has been spot on for 3 years. Chang, Rhonda, and their staff, are very knowledgeable about all products in the store, which, are the most up to date vaping products on the market. Love the Velvet Vapor!

These guys are not just the best in the industry, but some of the best service I have encountered anywhere. Stayed open late (on a weekend too) when I broke my device,  very informative and helpful. Helped and taught me more than any other place I’ve ever been to. Whether you are new and have any questions, or are a longtime vaper, this is the place. Not to mention the most options of devices and juices and best flavors there are. Will never go to a different vapor store again.
