Jermaine, Raphael and the staff at this hotel are the absolute best at what they do. When I say that Jermaine single-handedly changed my vacation and how my last day would go that is an understatement to the experience he created for us. And it didn't just stop after we checked into a beautiful room that he kindly put us in due to the issues we experienced all day but the manager the next morning extended the hotels kindness once again and got us breakfast. I really wish that I could put into words how meaningful the staff and all that they did for us was. Outside of the fact that the property is beautiful the rooms are clean well-kept and the amenities are endless it's the people that make this hotel one I will visit again and again. Because of these people they have represented the Westin in a way that has completely changed my perspective on travel and where I will stay when I do. I just want to say again thank you to the staff here and for all that you had given me before I came back to Philadelphia.

My first stay at the Westin. I must say how pleasantly surprised my stay was. The quality of service was very satisfying. I had an opportunity to engage with some employees and one stood out, that was Pericil in housekeeping! She treated us like royalty!!! Her humility and heart to serve others was extremely touching. I highly recommend this hotel. They have a whirlpool that melted my stress away!! This was an amazing getaway!! I will definitely recommend!!!

A very nice hotel with excellent service, great pool area, conference rooms, and the restaurant serves EXCELLENT eggs Benedict. The room was very nice, had an excellent view, was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, and the lobby has plenty of seating areas with WiFi access. The area by the pool is well cared for. There are a lot if trees and natural areas, including a pond with fish and turtles. I even saw a lizard that was like a small dinosaur! Great hotel. I highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Beautiful grounds. Staff is very nice My only complaint: check out time is 1100. 6 customers standing in line and only two associates to assist.

Very nice, very clean, service was very good. Restaurant was excellent, staff very friendly. Because it is located in a commercial area, activities are limited to the facilities within the hotel property. I would definitely go there again.
