I would just like to say this place is very nice for the price. Only problems is one of the breakfast areas attitude and the ducks. But the good things have over ridden the bad ones. Jasper was a very big help and I can see him ending up manager some day or getting a raise. He does way to much work for just being front desk. He helped me with the coffee tea machine after the breakfast lady was very nasty. I’m not sure of her name but it started with a T. He helped me with my bags and he also helped me find good places to eat which he told me about catfish Dewey’s amazing food. I’d like to thank him personally for a wonderful stay. I hope you go far at this place. I’d love to see you here again.

This place is very nice with a friendly staff. Upon checkout I had a few questions which were answered by a wonderful young man. Jasper or jack or something. But he was a very, big help and a wonderful model for best western. When I come back I hope I get to chat with him again. He helped me get some towels for the shower around 7:30 am. And he did it with a while on his face. I wouldn’t be able to smile that early. I really hope to see him get promoted or a raise.

I did read a lot of reviews before booking this hotel and decided to take a chance myself. The employees were very friendly, even when passing them in the parking lot at the end if their shift they would greet you. I never experienced the "mean employee" at the breakfast area. Everyone was very pleasant. My room I requested was a King Non-Smoking and I got just that. The room was very clean and set up nicely. It wasn't huge but I was just sleeping there a couple if nights. It did face the "dreaded train tracks" others have posted about but honestly I didn't pay any attention to it. It wasn't overly loud but you knew it went by. No big deal, it was actually kinda cool! The only negative review is the employees are a little loud while in the halls and cleaning. Oh well not anything to complain about. On the other hand people...I know your not at home but clean up after yourselves! I had seen multiple cars with trash set outside of them and a trash can less than 20 feet away. Hello? Florida is our home, home of sunshine, laid back easy going life and we like to keep it clean. So travelers, clean up after yourselves. Honestly it was sad the amout of trash set out next to BMW's and Mercedes-Benz.

THIS LOCATION HAD A GREAT STAFF AND VERY CLEAN. THE LOCATION TO I95 ENTRANCE AND EXIT WAS IDEAL. MANUEL, DANIEL, PETER AND DORA WERE VERY WARM & PROFESSIONAL. THE FREE BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL. IN THE FUTURE WE WILL STAY HERE AND NO OTHER HOTEL. Thanks to everyone at Best Western.

The rooms are clean but there is nothing else that I could recommend. Worst breakfast I have ever had..or should I say not had. Just horrible.. The hotel backs into the train tracks..so u guessed it u will not need an alarm.clock. The pool looked decent but I did not try it. If u are on the road and.just need a place to sleep than ago ahead otherwise keep on driving. .the surrounding area has nothing to be desired either. .
