My Mom and Aunt stayed here visiting us. It was a lovely hotel. They were happy with it and said the rooms/beds are very comfortable and the Westin is within walking distance of many restaurants and stores and a great place to enjoy the beautiful city of Pasadena. Great view of the mountains. We all ate at the Westin restaurant..a really nice restaurant. The food was delicious and we had privacy. They have tables inside and out. The staff was extremely nice. It was a good place for a gathering with my wonderful family. I would definitely recommend the hotel and restaurant.

Comfortable bed. Great view. The staff we interacted with were excellent and very helpful. Our only complaint was that the website listed a sauna and steam room with a locker room in the fitness center - there was only a small restroom with none of the other amenities. Still, an excellent visit.

Rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained. Banquet and meeting rooms are well arranged for hosting a small conference. Staff mean well and are polite, but aren't as helpful as I would have liked. For example, once when I asked for directions, I found that my intuition was better than their information.

Wonderful hotel with great staff. Everyone was friendly and ready to help. Great location too! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

I had a surgery appointment at City of Hope for cancer, sarcoma. We are from out of town. I needed a great bed and room. My husband needed to know I would be comfortable post surgery. I loved the Westin beds and amenities on other visits. NOT THIS TIME! No soft bed and sheets! Very small room! A dirty room! Very disappointing visit. I Will be staying at another hotel for follow ups. Good bye!
