I had a great experience here. Yolanda helped me from the minute I walked in the door and knew my size just by looking at me. I had a smaller budget and was so excited that they had beautiful dresses that made me feel like a bride instantly. The alterations process went super smooth as well. I truly found my dream dress here :)

DON'T DO IT! 

As a business owner myself, I always treat people with the utmost respect and courtesy. Therefore when other business owners do not do the same I am absolutely floored! 

I planned a wedding dress shopping day a month in advance, with one of my bridesmaids, my daughter and my mom, who flew in from England to go with us, and I was so excited. I checked the website for the hours, and any special instructions and everything looked good to go. 

We got there, and the owner barged over to us and asked what we wanted. I told her excitedly I was wedding dress shopping. She asked if I was the bride and I told her yes. Then she sarcastically said "Can you make an appointment?" with such a bad attitude that I was speechless at first. I asked if they were appointment only, and she sneered "yes, always". I pointed out that it didn't say anything about that on the website, and she mumbled something about meaning to update that, and waited for us to leave. 

So I left, feeling embarrassed and humiliated at being treated like that. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Even worse, there's no more time to shop while my mother is in the states. 

I was so disappointed that I had this experience and I have to be honest, I have no idea how this place stays in business in a small town like Santa Clarita that really honors respect. 

If you are looking for a nice experience shopping for what is supposed to be the happiest day of your life, give this place a miss. You're better off to shop online than make the trip to this place.

I had a wonderful time trying on dresses here. I made my appointment only a couple days before hand and Lucrese said it was no problem at all.
They had a decent selection (even in my small price range of under $300). I tried on about 7 dresses and never felt rushed or pushed into anything. 
I unfortunately didn't find a dress for me here but I would suggest them as a place to go for others.
