5 Stars!  Top quality workmanship, communication and professionalism!  I have known Scott for a very long time and have watched him build his business from the ground up.  When we decided it was time redo our pool area he was first in mind for us.  When it came to the project he was extremely professional throughout the entire process and extremely knowledgable.   He came to the house, took measurements and asked us some questions on what we had hoped to achieve as a final result for the project.   Shortly afterwards he sent us over a beautiful design which included links to all the products on the manufacturers website for us to look at.  He had some really creative ideas to liven up the space and take it from a patio area around the pool to a truly unique outdoor living space.   He was able to present us with some really interesting and innovative products we had no idea even existed.   We had some feedback on colour schemes and a few other small aspects that he was very receptive to.  He revised his design and sent it back with everything we were looking for.  When it came time to start the work his crew arrived on time when he said they would and got right to work. His crew worked diligently and put in some long days to get the job done quickly.  They kept the yard tidy at the end of each day and always cleaned up after themselves.   They were very friendly and professional.  He even came with his own porta-potty for the crew.  Scotts attention to detail and knowledge of the products and construction process was quite exceptional and refreshing to work with.  The end result was a beautiful finished product that was exactly what he had promised, met all of our expectations and had impressed not only us but all of the neighbours as well.  I'm a very detail oriented person and can be quite picky, so its great knowing that it was built well using high quality products.  Im have no doubt it will stand the test of time and that we be enjoying the space for years to come.

Scott and his team book up fast, and for good reason! We chose this company because we appreciated that he was upfront about the cost of quality workmanship. The level of service was apparent immediately when he came out to discuss what we wanted, complete with concepts. His quotes were thorough with designs and there was no issue changing them based on our needs. When he came out to do the project, he and his colleague had the cleanest worksite I'd ever seen, and they ensured it was spotless when they left. We couldn't be happier with the results. We'll go with Scott's company again when we do our backyard patio. Thank you for giving us beautiful landscaping that sticks out from the others on our street.

Scott and his team were amazing from day one.  Scott was always quick to respond to any questions we had with respect to the design of our front walk and our yard was left impeccably clean at project completion. Scott actually went above and beyond what the job required, like adding fresh soil to our garden beside the new walkway.  Who else would do that!?  We will definitely call upon The Whole 9 Yards again should we need more work done.  Thanks Scott and team!
