We moved in March 19th, we absolutely love our home (which we purchased) and the community. The community is nice, quiet, and clean. We are so happy that we decides to move into the Woodlands and make it our home! Also, Stephanie and Katherine are amazing and made our closing super easy and smooth

Straight up TRASH. I’ve been in this home for not even a month now and have all types of issues. Mice, ants, leaking ceilings when it rains for a long period of time and worst of all BEDBUGS. That’s right, I’m due to have a baby in 6 weeks and I have NEVER had an office duck phone calls as much as this place. I can’t even live in my own home because of all the things they have yet to address. ALL of my furniture is new and by new I mean less than a year old. Didn’t have these issues anywhere else I have lived and we are an extremely clean family. This place is trash. Do NOT waste your time or bring your families here.

I could not be any happier about my son purchasing a home here. Private lake, well kept court and the management services are prompt to address issues. Yes, it will be nice to visit my family here.

Not very good owners they rules suck they say they have a pond but it's got a green film on it. They do have picnic tables and a charcoal grill . The pool would be nice but they put a slick bottom and they side of the pool and no handy cap rail coming out of the shallow side

I just purchased a home at this location, we are so excited to live here!!! The office staff Stephanie and Katherine are very helpful and very friendly!
