My mother-in-law lives here, its nice and quiet normally. The management doesn't let things get crazy. They do shut the water off a lot and don't always give notice but they try to only do it during "working hours". My mother-in-law also was going to be fined for having no blinds in the windows (she was in the middle of redoing her trailer) but the office actually has blinds you can buy from them so that's a great deal.

Do not move here. Management does not return calls when problems arise. Water is off more then its on. Water leaks on lots for months at a time Without being fixed or replaced. Some lots are trashed and nothing said while others are wrote up for minimal trash. Speed limits are 15mph, people speeding like its MacArthur. Cats and dogs run at large which is against rules. This has been the worst it has been in 16 years.

Most ridiculous “business” Ive ever dealt with. Contact is nearly impossible. By phone or person. No responsibility is ever assumed. Tenants seem to be “blamed” for anything that comes up. Water is constantly turned off with no or extremely little communications. I understand this is a mobile home park, and not high end living but a business is a business. If you cant run it, DONT!
The ownerships and management seem to change more frequently than they disconnect the water...and thats a lot! Maybe they are better to renters than owners but I’m severely disgusted by the way they treat and behave towards tenants. if I didn’t own my home in this property I wouldn’t even consider driving through it!!
Shame on you.

The water gets shut off almost everyday. Seems they are always working on it. But I have to say maintenance is fast and they actually fix things.

Its getting really frustrating. Water is shut off almost all day every day, other than weekends. But other than that its a good place. Staff if sweet.
