I saw an Orthopedic Dr., an ER Dr., & a Dr's Assistant, that I delt with all on separate occasions. The experiences were unfortunate. They do not take you seriously and love to say they wish they could help you. If you are looking for a high school level counselor you'll have luck with any Dr there! If you have serious medical concerns take it up with a better staffed hospital. It's clear the staff is not educated well which makes sense as to why they work there in the first place. Do not make the mistake I did trusting ThedaCare unless you want more medical problem than you started with.
