My son dislocated his arm during a family photo session. He's only 1, so naturally my husband and I were completely distraught when we brought him into the Emergency Room. After we registered, we were immediately taken in to see the nurse and Doctor. The Doctor knew exactly what needed to be done to make the pain go away. My son came in, in tears but was flirting with the nurses within 5 minutes after the elbow was reset. I am so thankful to have had such wonderful people take care of my son. Thank you!

What a disgrace! How can the nurses be this rude and keep a job way to go newlondon.. don't recommend this place... highly recommend AMC when your having a baby! Never been so mad in my life. And nurses learn some humanity while your at it.

I am so disappointed with the nurses at this facility. I went in to see Leslie for mental health & she did not consider anything I told her I was feeling. Not only did she make me feel unimportant & rushed, she didn’t provide any guidance or the correct type of medication for me. I left the appointment gaining absolutely no help towards my condition & I refused to pick up the prescription she called in because I told her I didn’t want that certain kind. DONT WASTE TOUR TIME & MONEY HERE THEY ARE RUDE & ABSOLUTELY USELESS. LESLIE IF YOU’RE READING YOU ABSOLUTELY FAIL IN HEALTHCARE. PLEASE QUIT YOUR JOB.

Absolute horror show in the birthing center nurses are a disgrace I wouldn't ever have a child born there just very rude miserable bunch of people drive a little farther and go somewhere else for God sakes!!

I had a horrible time being a patient here. Not only did they have nurse's that had no communication at all but all really rude and would blame the patient for the problem. The nurses would give my nurse practitioner the wrong information and blame me. Oh and if your a lifetime member of the blood thinner Community like myself the INR nurses over here are the rudest people I have ever met in the health care industry. They would even go as far to tell me that they would not let me have my medication if I did not drop everything I was doing and go in right now for my INR because didn't you know people abuse blood thinner medication . ????😳 Right that's a new one for me. If anything they lay it out for the rats and mice because that's what it was originally for. All I can say is if you want to die and get the worst medical care then go to ThedaCare New London because even there ER is a horrible idea you would be better off going to Appleton or Geenbay. I had a doctor at this ER try to detox me up all my medication just because he saw I was on hydrocodone for pain therapy due to is severely damage sciatica in my back. He automatically assumed I was a drug attic put a clonidine patch on my body and sent me home never even address my stomach pain which turned out to be a A real problem I had a large abscess that turned into a huge infection. Again avoid ThedaCare New London and any of there locations. These Nurses especially at the new London one are the rudest meanest I have ever met and when you report it to their corporate headquarter in Appleton they turn around do not address the issue and throw you out of the practice.
