I am a returning customer after many years due to work not using eye clinic as a provider. I was very happy with my experience then and was happy with my recent experience except for the timing of my appointment. I was scheduled at 9:30, arrived 9:15, did get in until 10:00.  During exam, the doctor was very thorough and explained what they were doing and answered any questions I had during the exam.

I am a new client. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Damion knew his stuff and explained everything before he did anything. Dr. Mihalski was fabulous and was there for all of my eye concerns! Thank you for a successful experience!

Absolutely the best vision experience ever , im nearing the 60 year mark frim making my first appointment, Reception when i arrived and every clinical staff I had the pleasure of meeting. All of my concerns were addressed and A treatment plan for long term care was put into place.

The only competent doctor here Dr Hattenhauer, who was amazing retired.  I've seen 5 different doctors at the Eye Clinic of Wisconsin, the first of which allowed me to live with eye pressures of 35 and 36 for over a year, which resulted in damage to my optic nerve.  I've showed up on time to appointments and the doctor has been an hour and a half late to the clinic.  I've explained my situation with chronic neurological Lyme disease, and they have yet to add it to my file, so I have to explain it again and again each time.  Lyme has greatly affected my vision, and no one at this clinic is equipped to help with that in any way.  Go ANYWHERE else if you value your eyesight.

I visited the Stevens Point Eye Clinic, and.was seen on time. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Emily's proficiency impressed me. I learned some new things about eye exams. Dr. Michalski is wonderful. I trust her!

This was my first time at the Point clinic, usually go to Wausau for appointments. Wish I could have done all my appointments in Point. Great staff and very informative Doctors. Took the time to explain and answer all my questions. Would recommend to others to try.

Today my appointment was handled in record time and I feel comfortable with care received. Almost overly cautious with frequency of appointments but better safe than sorry.

Everyone there that I encountered was very pleasant and kind. Dr Gandy came in early to see me so my husband and I could be on our way to Florida.  Thank you all!

Took my daughter for an appointment. She needed glaases and after trying to fill her prescription, found out it wasnt filled out correctly. Tried calling twice to get it fixed. Didn't get a call back and no one appologized.
