Went in due to a referral from my doctor. Chronic neck injury causing me discomfort and I wanted to get some relief. I was treated by an intern who I felt was doing a good job but I could tell he was under pressure to work faster as my treatment was interrupted by people telling him he had other patients. After he was pulled away in came Mel the "Gym Sargeant." After forcing me into exercises that were extremely painful and challenging to push through, my neck and back locked up a and now I am in extreme pain. Two days later I'm home from work and in more pain than ever. I can't sleep due to me neck and shoulder being in so much pain. I expected some soreness after treatment but this was a whole different matter. I was never actually treated by the woman who was supposedly going to be my therapist. I am sure I'll be charged for seeing a licensed Physical Therapist but in fact I did not. Maybe if Therapeutic Associates could take a little time to treat patients like me instead of just rushing them through this wouldn't have happened. Over the years I have been to physical therapy many times for many different injuries. Before this I had never not had a good result.

Friendly and professional staff. Tina was a great help, straight-forward and professional but still friendly. She helped me get an MRI with physician after determining that PT wasn't going g to be effective in my condition.

Jill is great! She treated me and my daughter. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, attentive, and I highly recommend her!!
