Exceptional Customer Service! Needed a fecal test done for my dog and the staff and doctors at the Wellness center were amazing. Even when there was a delay with an external lab, they kept me informed about the status and offered to go above and beyond to help me with getting what I needed in a timely fashion. So impressed with their level of amazing service. If they are this great to humans, I know they are fantastic with your pet!

Dr. Mona is kind to animals :^) knowledgeable and conscientious in her approach to animal care. Vinny and I are thrilled that she decided to set up her practice downtown where it has been sorely needed.

I decided to take my dogs into Third + Stewart Animal Wellness because it is close to work and I had read good reviews. For me, the location is unbeatable. The staff was excellent dealing with my scared dog, as well as my overly dramatic dog. They won't try to sell you on treatments you don't need, and the prices for those you do need are great. Everything was communicated in a way that was easy for me to understand. I'm happy I found Dr. Mona and her team.

I've had top notch service here each time! Mona is a wonderful veterinarian who is thorough, personable, and attentive. Also, great location! It's only a short walk from anywhere in downtown.

Perfectly fine grooming experience the first time, but the second experience and vet appointment was very disappointing. My dog was referenced as aggressive after the receptionist/groomer came around the counter and pet him on his back near his tail when he wasn't looking & he quickly snapped his head around in surprise (definitely not proper procedure when first meeting a dog, especially a rescue...). Later during the "exam," the vet also warned me about having an "aggressive dog" around since I'm pregnant. She was not present during the "aggressive" moment that morning and so not only was her comment rude, but it was very biased since she didn't even witness the moment. As for the actual vet exam, he was never physically checked in front of me, did not get a fecal exam and other than a bath, I have no idea what I paid $100+ for...Overall, not a professional experience and very disappointing.
