I hired this company to move my stuff.  All they did was damage my very expensive thousands of dollars worth of furniture.  They took pictures of my furniture, and told me that they are insured, and will compensate me for the damage that they caused during the move.  I never received a penny.  This company is unprofessional, and the workers are lazy.  I ended up having to help them load their truck, and unload, because they were moving so slow that the money on the meter was going up.  I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy.  Now I'm left with damaged furniture.  Worst moving company I've ever experienced.  ANGRY customer.

Showed up late. Did not have the proper equipment for the move. Did not stay with in the quoted time frame. Damaged most of furtinure that was moved. Stated that they would make things right but just a song a dance. Please don't use this company.  I would not recommend to my biggest enemy.

Bait and switch!  Sales rep admitted making a mistake on our quote and they still refused to refund deposit.  Customer service rep showed no remorse, never made any attempt to make it right.  Movers also showed up with wrong contract in hand, wrong number of workers, and wrong list of items to be moved.  Awful experience and I would never even consider calling them again! I am so glad I never let them touch my stuff!!

Horrible! Worst company ever!   We were given a set price prior to our move, this price was confirmed three times by three different costumer representatives. After our stuff was packed on the tuck, the "manager" called us at 10pm  the next night to inform us the his employees gave us the wrong price. The manager told us we had to pay 3 times as much as what we were originally told and if we did not pay before the next morning he would auction our stuff. The price discrepancy  was thousands of dollars difference. We were completely caught off guard.  The manager was rude and during that 10pm phone call he mocked my profession as a teacher, and spoke down to me.  
    I'm sure We have legitimate ground for lawsuit but instead we somehow came up with the extra thousands and we just want to be done with this nightmare. 
    The movers were awesome but they were hours late to load and unload our belongings (and yes, some of the tardiness was added into our massive bills). 
    The costumer service representives also had me on hold for hours while they tried to sort out the confusion from their management. 

So horrible.

My experience with this company was nothing but positive. Thompson and Sons provided me with what they call "a full service, white glove move." The movers took care of everything; all I had to do was direct them where to move my stuff. They were essentially my interior decorator for the day when I got to my new apartment. They made my new home and real home in a matter of hours.
