Great moving experience. Earlier in the week I met with Greg who provided a firm estimate for moving and storage. Chance and his crew arrived, looked at what needed to be wrapped and loaded, and got right to work. They treated our things as though they were their own. The guys were fast, friendly and efficient. At the end the charges were exactly what had been agreed upon.

In April of 2012, I sold my condo so that I could help take care of my elderly parents. I called White Lion to help me pack up my condo and put all of the contents into their containerized storage. The service they provided on that moving day was exceptional. The team was extremely professional, friendly and well organized. The care with which they handled and packaged my belongings was beyond what I expected. They took a lot of stress out of difficult situation. Fast forward to August 2016, when I moved into a new condo. I received the same excellent service. I did not see everything as it went into the containers four years ago and I was surprised to see how well the items were packed when they arrived at my new condo. There was no shortage of blankets, paper, shrink wrap and boxes used. They came off the truck in perfect condition and I did not have one break, bump or scratch. On moving day, we had to drop items in two locations as well as pick up from that other location. It was not a problem for White Lion. Some of the items at the second house were large antiques and the team worked diligently to make sure they were in the house and placed properly. One end table did not make it on the truck, however, it was located and they arranged to have it delivered. I have moved four times in the South Florida area in 9 years and I think the cost was more than reasonable. The owner, worked with me during both moves and clearly explained the costs, all of which were listed in the contract. There were no surprises or additional costs. The time estimate for hours was within 30 minutes – even 30 minutes less. The owner may have been away from the business for a few years during which time the interim management team did not take the same approach to providing professional moving and storage services a dedicated owner/ operator. I believe that is in the past and the owner is working hard to ensure the company is on back track with service and quality. I would recommend and endorse White Lion for moving. The owner and his team were exceptional in every aspect of both of my moves and storage of items. I will continue to use White Lion for storage of items that I will not use at my condo.

We are so so soooo appreciative of the quality and dedication of this company. This is our second move with them and they again did an amazing job, not to mention the 10% returning customer discount. They truly went above and beyond. Our crew was Chance, Brandon and Andrew and we feel so lucky that they were the ones moving us; definitely request them... they're the BEST :) ! They moved our whole house into our new apartment on the third floor and did an exceptional job. Nothing broken or chipped, everything is in perfect condition and we couldn't be more than thrilled that they were able to do it with such efficiency and care. Thank you guys, we couldn't have done it without you!!! We appreciate you all so much! Hire WHITE LION! Family business for over 40 years... you will not regret it!

Right from the beginning, from speaking with the manager I had a great experience. He was helpful and I could tell wouldn't scam me like other companies I spoke with and sold me name and information over the Internet. This is a local business in Florida for 40 years, and my Mom used them then, so they even gave me a 'return customer' discount--very personal customer service. The Saturday crew that came was efficient and fast, but knowledgeable. The crew Chief managed things well so everything went smoothly. They are very good for the price and I highly recommend them.

Professional from the first phone call to the final box moved. The men were as kind as can be. My family and I were treated with such respect and all of our belongings were handled well. Thank you for an amazing experience!!
