One of the nicer state campgrounds I've stayed at. Not all of the individual sites are great, ones along the outer perimeter or near the water are best. Very clean, well cared for park. They even used pumpkin spice scented cleaning products in the bathroom, nice touch! There's much to do and see here...hiking, swimming, boating, biking, etc.

Quiet, family friendly, more tenters than RVs. If you want more privacy and more "woods" definitely ask for Loop B- approx. site 95 to 120- I believe. But anyone who wants quick lake or playground access needs to stay in the the loops near the entrance. Note- come PREPARED. Nearest store is a solid 20 to 25 minute drive and there is no camp store, etc. Insider tip- sink for dish clean-up is located BEHIND the rest rooms. There are no signs. And shower heads must be aggressively pushed in, otherwise you think they just don't work!

Great camp ground! Private wooded spots. Clean facilities. Friendly people. Can't wait to go back.

Much louder this year then in years past. Harder time with Neighbors being loud after quiet time hours.
