This is the WORST customer (no) service I've EVER experienced! I have been calling for over a year to see if they could repair my jukebox. Each time, I was told by Mr. THORP, that someone would call me "next" week to schedule a pick up. Each time, no call. I have since learned from a local jukebox repairman that many jukeboxes that are picked up are allegedly not returned on time or never at all. Beware of this company!
