Place is great, friendly locals, clean & well maintained grounds. Only issue is if their water softener equipment dies. Everything we owned, including us stunk of rusty well water. There for several days & it was down the whole time.

This is our 4th year as a permanent camper here, it is everything we were looking for. Large lots, most sites last side, super friendly people everywhere you look.
