Richard is the best...... I suggest him to everyone, but I know he can not do it all by himself.   Actually yes he can, seems like everytime I use them he is there alone.   And he gets the job done - Well too :0)

The service is always excellent whenever I need to pick up my rental. Richard knows his job and 90% of his customers by name!!! Keep up the excellent work Richard and staff.

Best customer service the staff always helpful and I never have a problem with my reservation when I come there. Richard is a very nice person and helps everyone he can.

Waited 30 min and still no car. All the cars they had outside needed service. I had a reservation but that didn't mean anything. How you only got one guy working there

I called to confirm that there's a vehicle available for me to rent. The person that answered the phone let me know that there was nothing available. So I simply asked well how was I able to make a reservation online for today. He says I can give the number so that you can complain to he even went so far as to say why are you asking me questions that I don't have the answer to. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced over the phone...
