It was the smoothest interaction I ever had when dealing with a rental car service. And what made it so enjoyable was an employee named Candace Turner was just simply amazing she was so helpful throughout this whole transaction she deserves a raise!!! she was great!!!

This place is run unethically, with no regard to fairness to their customers. As a long-time Enterprise renter I will never rent from Enterprise again due to the actions of this location before hurricane Irma. I rented a car due to be dropped off on Thursday September 7th before hurricane Irma. I arrived at the location that morning to find the office and lot locked and barred. There were other customers there at the time trying to drop off, just as confused as I was. Each of us called Corporate to try to find out what to do, I had my 15 month old baby with me and was very upset. The corporate number advised us to leave the car in the parking lot and upon checking to see if there was a lockbox on the premises, told us to leave the keys in the console with the cars unlocked upon finding out there was not one available. I followed their directions precisely. When I received my credit card bill, they had charged us for a locksmith to unlock the car we did not lock and for all the extra days until they reopened. Shocked, I tried to get in touch with Corporate/Regional for weeks, thinking surely it was a mistake that they would gladly refund the difference. No one ever called me back and a month later when my husband finally talked to Matt Magarat, the store manager, he was rude unprofessional and sarcastic and refuse to do the right thing. Never again, Matt and this Enterprise location you have lost our business for Enterprise rental car.

I got a car from here because me car had to go to the shop & they was fast, polite and very helpful, I really enjoyed my interactions with the personnel at the location I went to.

These guys were great. I had a reservation at a different location that was not honored. Went three other places before coming here. They figured out a solution and went out of the way to get me on the road. Will not go anywhere else locally now.

I had a wonderful experience at Enterprise rent A car. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I would recommend to all of my friends and family.
