My husband and I stood by the "Wait to be seated" sign for at least 10 minutes. While standing there, we were never acknowledged by the hostesses/cashiers. They chatted amongst themselves and walked off. As customers came up to pay the check, the hostess/cashier told them she would be right with them. We are still standing, waiting to be acknowledged and seated. She comes up, rings up the customer and leaves us waiting. My husband asks if we should seat ourselves, she says "No, I'll be with you in a minute". We decided to leave at that point. We were really disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Breakfast at a reasonable price. We got pancake, garden and Spanish omelette along with coffee. Coffee was little weak but the omelettes were perfectly seasoned. They had an option of white and whole wheat bread for toast. Pancakes were fluffy and large. Good to share between 2-3 people. Our server was polite and checked multiple time during the meal.

If you're hungry after exploring Zion National Park, whether you want something sweet or savory, you'll want to drop in to Thunderbird. My friend and I split fries but each had our own slice of pie which was the best approach. The chocolate mousse was to die for, deliciously cool filling with a buttery crust.

Good customer service, good food, great pie, decent prices. Been there several times and will continue when it’s opportune.

Had the fish and chips. The fish was fried perfectly, but the fries...they had to be the best fries I’ve ever had in my life. Period. Also the pie is amazing, I had the apple pie.
