I'm sure if you're just looking to buy this company is fine. Larry Alvarez is a sweetheart, and more than helpful. But if you're looking to rent, don't bother. The property manager is a bully who likes to throw their weight around, and they will try to wring money out of you every chance they get. Don't bother unless you like living under the threat of raised rent constantly, double standards, and unfulfilled promises to do things.
We selected Tieger Realty and specifically Shannon Boutwell at the recommendation of a friend that had Shannon market their home. Shannon made the sale of our summer home such a breeze. 1: Her marketing skills exceeded our expectations 2: The limited negotiations and the flawless closing was just the way a seller & buyer should expect it to be. 3: We appreciated Shannons time and patience and handling everything while we were out of state. Shannon took our listing over the phone and we felt very comfortable right away. We never met her until we did the final walk through of the property.
